I’m a 30-something (for a little while longer) that has committed to clean eating as part of a more healthy lifestyle. For now, that means I eat a mostly Paleo-inspired, organic-food diet. Beyond that, I’m just a regular guy that goes to work everyday and likes to spend leisure time hunting, camping, watching movies, reading books, cheering on my Buckeyes, and spending time with family and friends.
This blog will include mostly my recipes and recipe modifications but might also see random posts on other topics that interest me at any given time. You have been warned 🙂
